Soul of Bethany is an unlockable rune added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects
- Spawns 6 blue wisps.
- Each wisp has its own 10% chance to instead be a random wisp.
Synergies
BFFS!: Doubles the base damage, contact damage, and damage scaling per floor of the wisps.
Forgotten Lullaby: Doubles the wisps' fire rate.
Baby-Bender: Wisp shots become homing shots.
