A Card Against Humanity is a special card.

Effect

  • Fills the entire room with Poop.pngPoop.

Notes

  • Poop will not fill tiles with obstacles, even if they have already been destroyed.
  • The process is not instant and the room will not get fully filled if Isaac leaves before it's done filling.
  • It is more beneficial to use the card in a large-sized room as it will create more poop piles.
  • (except in Rebirth and Afterbirth) Using A Card Against Humanity in the Boss Ultra Greedier ingame.pngUltra Greedier fight will result in Golden Poop.pngGolden Poops spawning after defeating the boss.
    • (in Repentance and Repentance+) Results in Yellow Poops which only have normal drops.
  • (except in Rebirth) Using A Card Against Humanity in the Boss Ultra Greed ingame.pngUltra Greed fight can trap the Greed Gaper.pngGreed Gapers after Ultra Greed Coin (Key).pngKey Coins appear, preventing Ultra Greed from attacking.

Synergies

  • (except in Rebirth and Afterbirth)Collectible Hallowed Ground icon.pngHallowed Ground: Spawned Poops have a high chance to turn into White Poop.

Interactions

  • (except in Rebirth)Brown CapBrown Cap: All the Poop explodes in a chain reaction once one is destroyed.
  • Collectible Dr. Fetus icon.pngDr. Fetus/Collectible Ipecac icon.pngIpecac: If Isaac has no other means of destroying Poop than his explosive tears, he will have to hurt himself to clear out a path through the Poop unless he has acquired Collectible Pyromaniac icon.pngPyromaniac or (except in Rebirth)Collectible Host Hat icon.pngHost Hat.

Trivia

  • The card is a reference to Cards Against Humanity, a satirical card game whose name in turn references "crimes against humanity". Specifically, it refers to the way the first player is chosen: Whoever was the last to poop goes first.
    • This actually contradicts the original card game, as black cards are prompts while the white cards are answers to the prompt.
  • In the pop-up (if not disabled) for unlocking this card, the text on it reads "A room full of poop".

Bugs

Bug Bug! (in Repentance and Repentance+) Using this card in the TV room in Home will move the sofa and the TV to the nearest empty space (Which would be where Isaac is standing as that's the only space that doesn't get filled with poop). If Isaac tries to approach where they were previously then he will be violently pushed back. Destroying the poop will return them back to normal.

If the poop is not destroyed before sleeping in Mom's bed then Isaac will have to stand below where the TV was teleported to in order to activate the Dogma fight. If Dogma is summoned before destroying the poop then the TV will glitch inside the Dogma fight and push Isaac around, possibly making him touch Dogma and get hit multiple times
