Huge Growth is an unlockable special card added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Effects
- Grants the following effects for the current room:
+30 Notes
- Being a special card, Huge Growth has a significantly lower chance of appearing compared to other cards.
- This effect doesn't stack if used multiple times in the same room.
- To unlock, Isaac must be 3 times bigger than his starting size.
- Isaac's total size is taken into account in unlocking Huge Growth; any size downs, such as One Makes You Small pills and
Binky, will hinder progression towards the unlock. 
Liberty Cap will count towards this when the 
Magic Mushroom effect is active.

Tarot Cloth causes 
XI - Strength to count for 2 size increases.

Trivia
- Huge Growth has been added in Booster Pack #1, after the initial release of the DLC.
- Huge Growth is based on this Steam Workshop mod by aeiou.
- Huge Growth is a reference to the card Giant Growth from Magic: The Gathering. The quote is a reference to the card Become Immense, which has a similar effect to Giant Growth, both making a creature larger.
- Despite increasing size,
Leo does not contribute towards unlocking Huge Growth.
