Effect
- Grants Isaac's familiars homing shots.
- This includes the shots fired by

I - The Magician with 
Tarot Cloth will unlock this item.
- Tarot Cloth with the card has a unique effect and does not count as two uses for unlocking purposes.
- Using
Telepathy For Dummies twice in the same room will unlock this item.
- Using it once with
Car Battery will work.
- Using it once with
Synergies
The Intruder: Baby-Bender applies to The Intruder's projectiles while it is still in Isaac's head.
