Wild Card is an unlockable special card added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects
- Copies the effect of the most recently used Pill, Card, Rune, Soul Stone, or activated item.
Notes
- Being a special card, the Wild Card has a significantly lower chance of appearing compared to other cards.
- Using
Jera on a Wild Card will copy the Wild Card, allowing Isaac to infinitely copy any other consumables in the room. - Using
Diplopia will copy the Wild Card and any pedestal item in the room, allowing Isaac to infinitely copy any item in the room.
Synergies
Plan C: Activating the Plan C effect resets Isaac's 3 second death timer, allowing for longer boss death animations to play out.
Bosses with longer death animations now make Plan C's cooldown longer, therefore making this strategy a little less useful.
Trivia
- The Wild Card comes from Uno. In Uno, this card allows whoever played it to choose its color.
