Queen of Hearts is an unlockable card added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects
- Drops 1-20 full
Red Hearts on the ground.
Notes
- These Red Hearts are not affected by most replacement effects, other than those of
Super Secret Rooms.
Strategy
- Any extra hearts left over could be used for a
Blood Donation Machine to get extra money. - The same can also be used for
Devil Beggars, 
Hell Games, and 
Confessionals. - Any characters that are unable to have red hearts can benefit from this card if they have
Dark Bum, as it can drop 
Black Hearts.
Synergies
Maggy's Bow: With the increased healing, Isaac could get up to 40 hearts.
Interactions
Tarot Cloth: No effect.
