Ace of Hearts is an unlockable card added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Effects
- Turns all pickups, trinkets and chests in the room into hearts.
All non-boss enemies in the room are also transformed into hearts.
Notes
- Any unlocked heart variant can appear.
- On-kill effects such as
Charm of the Vampire, do not trigger from turning enemies into hearts. - Friendly enemies will be transformed into hearts.
Interactions
Tarot Cloth: No effect.
Blood Puppy: Using an Ace card on an angry Blood Puppy will create the respective pickup and tame it.
