  • The door to the Mega Satan boss fight. The door will remain open after leaving the room.
  • The fight in Boss Rush to leave early, but cannot be used to get into the Boss Rush room if the time limit has already passed.
• Get out of Jail Free Card cannot open:
  • The door of a Challenge Room after the fight has started.
  • The door to ???.
  • A Strange Door.
  • The flesh door to the Mom's Heart boss fight in Mausoleum II / Gehenna II.

Trivia

• "Get out of Jail Free" is a card found in the board game Monopoly, allowing its user to escape jail early. The phrase has since spread and a "Get out of Jail Free Card" is also an idiomatic expression for something that would alleviate an undesirable situation.
