Jumper Cables is an unlockable passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth † (Booster Pack #2).
Effects
- Grants an active item charge every 15 enemies killed.
- Destroying a

120 Volt: Increases the amount of arcs a spark can generate.
Interactions
- Ace Cards: Enemies that are turned into pickups don't count towards the kills needed to grant an active item charge.
E. Coli/
Flush!: Turning enemies into poop doesn’t count towards the kills needed to grant an active item charge.- Freeze Effects: Enemies that die from being frozen don't count towards the kills needed to grant an active item charge.
Frozen enemies do contribute to the charge counter.
Isaac's Tears: No effect.
