Black Hole

Black Hole is an unlockable activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth † (Booster Pack #1).

Effects

Upon use, Isaac throws a black hole that lands on the ground and forcefully sucks in enemies and their shots, which lasts for about 6 seconds.
- It deals 0.4 damage per tick very rapidly to enemies in the area, for a maximum of 6 damage per second.
- Isaac and pickups are slightly sucked towards the black hole.
- Nearby obstacles are occasionally destroyed by the black hole.

Black Hole cannot free Sticky Nickels, kill Shopkeepers, or destroy Angels Statues.
Black Hole has the strongest pulling effect in the game, and will override the pulling force of Strange Attractor, Super Magnet, Ocular Rift, and Lodestone.
Black Hole can't open Secret Room and Super Secret Rooms regardless of placement, despite crushing obstacles.
Black Hole does not suck in stationary or invincible enemies.
Black Hole will not suck in the following bosses, although they can still take damage from the black hole and their shots are affected by it:

Book of Virtues: Spawns black wisps on the middle ring. Wisps' tears have the Strange Attractor effect.

Bug!	Falling into a Pitfall while the Black Hole is active will result in Isaac becoming headless, immobile and invulnerable, softlocking the run until it is quit and resumed.
