Holy Crown is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

Effects

Notes

  • Cannot appear in Greed Mode.
  • The spawned Treasure Room will have one of 23 unique layouts for the floor.
  • Card Reading will spawn a second portal if Isaac has the trinket upon entering Cathedral.

Synergies

  • (in Repentance+)Golden TrinketGolden Trinket / Mom's Box: Treasure rooms in the Cathedral have an item choice, as if Isaac had More Options. Also, the shop will be upgraded
    • If Isaac has both a golden trinket and the Box, the locations of the treasure room and the shop are revealed on the map.
