Locust of Famine is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.

Effects

  • Upon entering a room with enemies, spawns a Yellow Locust that deals double Isaac's damage and slows enemies.

Notes

  • (in Repentance+) This trinket has a 1% chance to drop when defeating Boss Famine ingame.pngFamine.
  • The Locust will also spawn each time a wave starts in Boss RushBoss Rush and (in Repentance+) Greed and greedier modes only Greed Mode.
