Trivia

  • (in Repentance and Repentance+) When Character Tainted Forgotten icon.pngTainted Forgotten dies and respawns using this item, the resulting Character Lazarus Risen icon.pngLazarus Risen appears as a skin-colored pile of bones with Lazarus' head on top. This is purely visual and Lazarus Risen is still able to move and shoot as normal. This was originally a bug, but was left in because the developer Kilburn found it funny.[1]
    • All characters, except Character Azazel icon.pngAzazel, Character The Lost icon.pngThe Lost, and (in Repentance and Repentance+) Character Tainted Lost icon.pngTainted Lost, have this bone-pile form. They can be seen if (except in Rebirth and Afterbirth) ClickerClicker is used as bone-pile Lazarus to turn into another character.
