Keeper's Bargain is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects
- Adds a 50% chance for Devil Deals,
Black Markets, and 
A Pound of Flesh 
Shop items to cost money instead of health.
- Items that would normally cost 1 heart container will cost 15 coins, while items that would normally cost 2 heart containers will cost 30 coins.
Notes
- The effects of this trinket are inherent to
Keeper and 
Tainted Keeper, rendering the trinket useless for them. - Items affected by Keeper's Bargain may occasionally be discounted (30 coin item down to 15 coins, or 15 coins to 7), just like items are in a regular shop.
- Dropping this trinket while in the room disables its effect.
- Purchasing a Devil Deal with this trinket's effect will still prevent
Angel Rooms from appearing. - If an item that costs health is rerolled (via
The D6 or similar methods), the new item can cost coins instead. The reverse is also true.
Synergies
Golden Trinket / 
Mom's Box: The chance for deals to cost money is 100%.
- If Isaac has both a golden trinket and the Box, the deals have an increased chance to be on sale as well.
Interactions
Golden Trinket / Mom's Box / multiple copies: No effect.
Judas' Tongue: Does not provide any discount.-
The Lost/ 
Tainted Lost/
Soul of the Lost: Purchasing items affected by this trinket will not cause the other items in the room to disappear.
