Zodiac is an unlockable passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.
Effects
- Gives Isaac a random Zodiac item effect that changes each floor.
Notes
- Getting
Capricorn, 
Cancer and 
Libra does not grant 
Coins, 
Bombs, 
Keys or 
Soul Hearts. 
Getting 
Leo will not change Isaac's size.
Capricorn and 
Pisces grant +1.0 fire rate instead of their usual +0.5.- If already in possession of the item given by Zodiac, most have no effect.

- This item's appearance is a reference to the Zodiac Killer, who used the symbol as his signature.
- This item's icon shares the same icon as
Marked but white instead of red. 
Isaac's sprite is also the same as Marked but black instead of red.
