Signs of the Zodiac

The 12 Signs of the Zodiac are featured as passive collectibles each with effects loosely based on their given namesake.

Zodiac Grants the effect of a random Zodiac sign each floor.

Collecting any three items with the stars item tag unlocks the Planetarium.

Trivia

Some of the effects caused by the items in-game are directly related to their astrological significance or symbol. For example, Aquarius is portrayed as a man (Ganymede) bearing water, and in game the item causes Isaac to leave a trail of tears behind him while walking; Libra, which represents weighing scales, balances Isaac's stats.
