Cracked Dice is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.

Effect

  • Upon taking damage, randomly activates one of the following dice's effect:
  • (in Repentance and Repentance+) The chance to activate is 50%, and each of the 5 dice have an equal probability to be picked.

Notes

  • This trinket can be used in conjunction with the Collectible IV Bag icon.pngIV Bag or a Blood Donation Machine.pngBlood Donation Machine to generate unlimited pickups and items.
  • (in Repentance and Repentance+) Cracked Dice has a chance to re-roll the spike in the middle of a Sacrifice RoomSacrifice Room, making it unusable.
