Effects
- Adds a 33% chance for
Poop to turn into 
Black Poop.

Red Poop.

- Adds a 5% chance for black poops to drop a
Black Heart upon being destroyed. - The chances are not affected by luck.

D12: Obstacles that are rerolled into poop have a greater chance of being Black Poop.

Interactions
Hallowed Ground: Although 
Meconium cannot replace the poop Hallowed Ground spawns with, Black Poop has a chance to replace 
White Poops that would have been created by other items which have synergies with Hallowed Ground.
Second Hand: The confuse duration from Black Poops is unaffected by Second Hand.
