Obstacles

Obstacles are objects that are meant to get in Isaac's way in rooms. Obstacles have a variety of effects, either doing nothing, acting as a gate, dealing damage to Isaac, exploding, providing loot, or slowing him down. These obstacles can be found scattered throughout rooms, with some occuring on more floors than others.
