Blind Rage is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.

Effect

  • Doubles the invincibility frames Isaac gets after getting hit.

Notes

  • (except in Repentance and Repentance+) This item makes it possible to use the Blood Donation Machine.pngBlood Donation Machine twice without taking damage the second time.
  • (except in Repentance and Repentance+) This item makes it possible to use the Devil Beggar.pngDevil Beggar three times without taking damage the second and third times.
  • The invicibility frames also get doubled when effects such as Collectible Holy Mantle icon.pngHoly Mantle are triggered, making it very useful for Character The Lost icon.pngThe Lost.
