Effects
- +1 damage.
- Increases chance for a
Devil Room / 
Angel Room door to open by 10%.
- This chance is increased to 15% with two or more Pentagrams.
This item belongs to the 
Leviathan set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into Leviathan.
Notes
- If all of
Sacrificial Altar's drops have been seen, it will only spawn Pentagrams.
