Infestation is a passive item.

Effects

  • (except in Repentance and Repentance+) 1-3 Blue Flies spawn whenever Isaac takes damage.
  • (in Repentance and Repentance+) 2-6 Blue Flies spawn whenever Isaac takes damage.
  • (in Repentance+) This item belongs to the BeelzebubBeelzebub set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a giant humanoid fly.

Notes

  • (in Repentance+) This item has a 1% chance to drop when defeating Boss The Husk ingame.pngThe Husk.

Interactions

  • (except in Rebirth and Afterbirth)Fish TailFish Tail: Doubles number of flies spawned.
  • Hive Mind: Flies are bigger and deal double damage.
