Fish Tail is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Effects
- Many items and trinkets that generate Blue Flies or Locusts will generate twice as many.
Notes
- Flies may spawn on top of each other, appearing as a single fly initially.

Compost: Isaac will gain twice as many flies per use, meaning each fly will be tripled.
Beelzebub: Blue flies generated will be doubled, but charmed flies will not be doubled.
Rotten Baby: Will spit two flies at a time with one being a copy. Will only spawn more flies when the original fly is destroyed.
Parasitoid: The duplicated flies will spawn on top of the enemy and deal damage immediately.
Tainted ??? / 
IBS: Blue flies created by corny poops will be duplicated when spawned in, but not when the poop is broken.-
Keeper / 
Tainted Keeper: Blue Flies created from hearts will be doubled. -
Golden Trinket / 
Mom's Box: If you have either, when blue files are spawned, 20% chance to triple the number spawned.
If you have both, 20% chance to quadruple the number spawned.
