Deck of Cards is an activated item.
Effect
- Gives Isaac a random card.
- If all of Isaac's card slots are full, the card given by the Deck of Cards is placed in the first slot, dropping the card that was in it on the ground.
Notes
Dice Shard is technically a card, but cannot be generated by the Deck of Cards.
Dice Shard, 
Emergency Contact, and 
Cracked Key can be found in the Deck, albeit extremely rarely.
Synergies
Book of Virtues: Spawns card-like wisps on the inner ring which spawn a card when destroyed.
Interactions
Little Baggy: Gives pills instead. Deck of Cards have then the same effect as 
Mom's Bottle of Pills.
Picking up 
Starter Deck will nullify this effect but pills are only transformed into cards when they are dropped on the ground.- Picking up Starter Deck will nullify this effect.
