Brain
Brains slide around the room erratically in the cardinal directions, leaving a trail of Red Creep, they deal a whole heart of contact damage. When Isaac is within line of sight they will charge in his direction until they collide with an obstacle or another enemy similar to 
Knights.
Variants
Poison Mind
Poison Minds behave like regular Brains, but they slide diagonally and leave a trail of Green Creep.
Poison Minds float, passing over obstacles, and explode when killed.
Black Globin's Head
Black Globin's Heads behave like Brains, but they target Isaac directly, chasing him.
Notes
- They can spawn in unique
Devil Room layouts if Isaac is holding the 
Number Magnet.
Festering Guts
Festering Guts are spawned exclusively by 
Gutted Fatties. They travel around the room randomly in cardinal directions and occasionally spawn a Charger.
Pon
Pons hop around erratically leaving Red Creep wherever they land. If close to Isaac then they will hop towards Isaac chasing him similarly to 
Hoppers.
They can spawn with a paired 
Brainless Knight in which killing them is required to kill their corresponding Brainless Knight. A Pon and a Brainless Knight pair will always spawn when 
Loose Knight is killed.

- If Poison Minds aren't unlocked yet, they are replaced by Brains.
Trivia
- The Pon first appeared in the Antibirth mod where it could also appear in
Depths. - The name of Pon is likely in reference to the Pons region of the brain, a part of the brainstem associated with respiration and other autonomic functions.
