Haemolacria est un objet passif déblocable ajouté dans The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Effets
- Les larmes sont maintenant tirées en un arc de cercle. Quand elles touchent le sol, un obstacle, ou bien un ennemi, elles explosent en de plus petites larmes dans toutes les directions.
- Augmente la cadence de tir, la réduisant d'environ un tiers.
- Les dégâts d'Isaac ne sont pas affectés, mais les larmes principales font 30% de dégâts en plus.
- Les petites larmes créées après explosion feront des dégâts variés, à peu près 50-80% de ceux des larmes principales.

Tête de Bob: L'explosion projette des larmes.
Antigravité : Si le bouton de tir est retenu lorsqu'une des larmes d'Haemolacria explose, les petites larmes resteront sur place avant de partir dans toutes les directions.
Œil Maudit : Overridden by Haemolacria.
Super Fœtus : Overridden by Haemolacria.
Ipéca : Fires a large explosive shot that releases more explosive shots in all directions upon bursting. Once Isaac's damage stat is updated next time, Ipecac's +40 damage bonus becomes only +4.
La Technique Ludovico : Overridden by Haemolacria.
Colle Caoutchouc : Tears will burst only when they hit the floor, not on walls or enemies.
Sinusite : If the main tear is a booger, it will get stuck and not burst on hitting an enemy, dealing its heightened damage. Split tears have an independent chance of being booger tears.
Tech X : Overridden by Haemolacria.
Technologie : Fires arcing tears that release Technology lasers upon bursting.
Synergies
Soufre: Significantly increased tear delay. Isaac fires a large arcing tear with the Brimstone symbol on it that fires several Brimstone beams in random directions upon bursting.
Dr. Fœtus: Significantly increased tear delay. Isaac fires a large arcing tear reminiscent of a bomb that scatters into 3-5 bombs that explode simultaneously.
Corps de Cricket: A single tear can scatter massive amounts of smaller tears across the room.
Saint Éclat: The main tear can be a holy tear and bursts normally in addition to the light beam. Split tears have an independent chance of being holy tears.
Couteau de Maman: Both the knife and Haemolacria tears function at the same time.

- The item is a reference to the rare condition with the same name, that causes people to produce tears that are composed of blood.
