Polyphemus working different for Keeper

Polyphemus normally when paired with Inner Eye or Mutant Spider normally does not affect the tear rate further, but adds +5 damage. This is not the case with Keeper and his triple shot, and is likely also not the case with tainted Keeper. Likely due to them not actually having those items, but having the effects of them. Asking here so I don't add speculation, but can someone check if this is repentance only, and if it applies to tainted Keeper?

RE: Keeper and Tainted Keeper don't have tear delay multipliers, just really big fire rate downs. Both of them can reach 5 fire rate with enough tears upgrades, just like a normal character. This is why Polyphemus works the way it does on these chars, since Keeper is not Isaac with Inner Eye, Keeper is Isaac with passive triple shot. Hope this cleared it out for ye.
