Coin Interaction
Due to the fact that this potential interaction was obtained via a dice roll room with D100 and later by obtaining Lachryphagy, it needs clarification / confirmation. I originally had rerolled into Eye of Greed tears - however, I noticed after my Mega Satan fight that my coin count of about 64 prior to picking up Lachryphagy had now dropped to a surprising 10-ish. After testing some shots in the room before moving on to The Void, I noticed that whenever I shot out a coin tear, I lost a coin from my coin count. I was able to pick up some from drops and confirmed that every time a coin tear was fired (whether from initial tears, or from the spread of Lachryphagy), the coin count in my HUD displayed 1 less every time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 107.139.2.189 (talk • contribs) 11:35, 22 November 2018

Some further information about unlocking would help
This is one of the last things I have to unlock and I just had a run with Tears Up and Placebo, and it never unlocked. Does your tear delay actually have to numerically improve ten separate times? I can't imagine how I'll ever achieve that. 97.126.113.75 03:50, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
- I'm fairly sure there's no actual check on the tears up making a difference, otherwise people would have more trouble with this unlock in general, but I'm not 100% sure and lack a savefile to test it. The only thing that comes to mind at this time: were you playing with a seed or was it during a challenge as those prevent achievements? --Frionil (talk) 20:11, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
Familiar Interactions
I've found that with Lil' Monstro and Lachryphagy that familiar tears can also be eaten by Lachryphagy. However, I'm not sure if this is a Chocolate Milk synergy (due to the run I found it in), specific to Lil' Monstro, or encompasses all familiars.
