No It needs to be capitalized here because the ingame name is spelled in all capitals, making it impossible to use a homegenous spelling across similar names (like Lord Of The Pit). Everything is capitalized to create a standard naming format for items. I already answered that question on your last move request so next time, please pay attention.

Just started a new Eden run, and little baggy alone is enough to make deck of cards spawn a pill instead. I do not have safety cap, and had already used my starting pills. I dont know what effects safety cap has, if any, so I'm not editing yet. --Fambida (talk) 22:41, 7 December 2014 (UTC)
