I had a Cain run where I first picked tech2 & poly. Tear firing rate got halfed. When I picked up blood clot, every shot was increased damage. I believe it is due to poly. Tech2 will override the blood clot eye if firing with 2 eyes. ~ anon

Damage increases as the tear travels? An increase in size is visible as the tear travels after pick up of this item.

Anyone else confirm this?

posting this here for second- / third-party confirmation: Blood Clot's interaction with Fetus in a Jar turned every other bomb red and granted extra explosive damage, range, (maybe travel speed), and contact damage. (yes! contact damage!) Fryguy42 (talk) 03:55, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

Found blood clot in a polyp in the womb in the same manner as small rock can be found in rocks. Is this known?
Ans: Yes, it is. Not only Blood Clot but some other organ-related items can be found by destroying polyps. You can check this out: Obstacles#Polyps

Blood Clot doesn't work with Lilith since she doesn't fire tears.
