Spawns a clot familiar that mimics Isaac's movements and tears. It dies for the current room after taking too much damage.

When used together with Azazel's Stump, the blood clot familiar sometimes keeps Azazel's properties (flight and short brimstone) for a few rooms after transforming back from Azazel.

If Isaac has both The Ladder and a form of flight, the clot familiar will be unable to path over any terrain with a ladder on it despite having the ability to fly, resulting in movement desync.
