hello, I found a cool little trick with cursed eye ^^ If you continuously release the charge meter before the 1/4th of the circle is complete, you will fire a tear with a much greater fire rate than you could've had before you picked up the item. hope it's all good to tell you here 62.64.193.132 11:34, 10 January 2022 (UTC)

A better question is - where did you look for it and how did you decide it's not used? 656 is the passive version of Damocles that is given when using Damocles. You could've seen this in the items.xml file itself or by simply using the debug console to give yourself the item. IsaacGuru (talk) 21:29, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
