Using the console to spawn the mask by itself (id 903.1) will crash the game. All other parts of the Visage can be spawned safely.

Some tear effects like little horn's combined with other explosive effects may glitch the chain's destruction, rendering Visage stuck in a permanent first phase stage without chains (or perhaps the game considers them still in place?). This softlock can only be avoided by some teleportation method or dying to it with extra lives, allowing for the player to start the fight over. To avoid the softlock, it is recommended to wait until Visage performs an attack and then destroying the chains, as this seems to be properly computed towards the progress of the fight.
