Special Babies

These Babies have special effects that may help or hinder the player.

59		Found Soul	Found Soul is a familiar that follows Isaac's exact movements, akin to Jacob and Esau, and shoots spectral tears. It is spawned by the trinket Found Soul. The familiar uses Isaac's tears, range, shot speed, and tear effects, and deals 0.5x Isaac's damage. The familiar has collision and can be separated. Holding down the "drop" button keeps the familiar in place. When Isaac places a bomb, the familiar will drop one as well. The familiar can also press Buttons. The familiar dies after taking any damage, and will respawn on the next floor.
60		Baby Lost White	A co-op player turns into this after dying. After the floor's boss is defeated, the player reverts to normal. It cannot fly over pits but does not take damage. Can fire very weak tears.
61		Baby Lost Black	A co-op player turns into this after dying if playing as Azazel. After the floor's boss is defeated, the player reverts to normal. It cannot fly over pits but does not take damage. Can fire very weak Brimstone with limited range.
62		Baby Lost Blue	A co-op player turns into this after dying if playing as ???. After the floor's boss is defeated, the player reverts to normal. It cannot fly over pits but does not take damage. Can fire very weak tears.
63		Baby Lost Grey	A co-op player turns into this after dying if playing as Keeper. After the floor's boss is defeated, the player reverts to normal. It cannot fly over pits but does not take damage. Fires a triple shot similar to The Inner Eye.
64		Wisp Baby	Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard mode as Bethany to unlock. Effect unknown.
65		Double Baby	Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard mode as Jacob and Esau to unlock. Shoots 20/20 style shots which deal 1.1 damage (compared to 1.4 damage of normal co-op babies).
66		Glowing Baby	Defeat Mega Satan as Bethany to unlock. Emits very bright light that covers huge part of the screen.
67		Illusion Baby	Defeat Mega Satan as Jacob and Esau to unlock. Effect not implemented yet.
68		Hope Baby	Earn all Hard mode Completion Marks as Bethany to unlock. Drops a half soul heart on death.
69		Solomon's Baby [A]	Earn all Hard mode Completion Marks as Jacob and Esau to unlock. This baby is composed of two parts and supposedly controls like Jacob and Esau but effect is not implemented yet.
70		Solomon's Baby [B]	This baby is a part of Solomon's baby and not accessible on its own but effect is not implemented yet.

These Babies are purely cosmetic and do not have any special behaviors.

535		Eyebat Baby	A baby resembling Eyebats from Vagante.
536		Baby Is You	A baby resembling Baba from Baba Is You.
537		Vessel Baby	A baby resembling the Broken Vessel from Hollow Knight.
538		Rock Baby	A baby resembling Golem from the Devil's Harvest mod and the Fiend Folio mod.
539		Janitor Baby	A baby who resembles Smokes from the game Hell’s Janitor by HappyHead
540		Meaty Baby	A baby resembling Bertran from the Bertran mod.
541		Pig Baby	A baby resembling Mammon from the Retribution mod.
542		Pegasus Baby	A baby that doesn't look a whole lot like a pegasus. A reference to an original character by NotYourSagittarius.
543		Mr. E Baby	A mysterious baby. Potentially a reference to a meme posted by _Kilburn in the Isaac Discord, however, an identical image was also posted a year earlier in the Modding of Isaac Discord by a separate user, making the true origins unknown.
544		Slab Baby	A baby resembling a Slabfish from Team Abnormals' Minecraft mods.
545		Pog Baby	A floating Isaac head resembling the Twitch emote PogChamp.
546		Hive King Baby	A baby resembling the Hive King from the Team Bugulon game Hivemind.
547		Pill Ship Baby	A baby resembling the Pill Ship from the Team Bugulon game Lymphosite.
548		Point Baby	A baby resembling the main character of the Team Bugulon game Tricky Keys.
549		Wyrm Baby	A baby resembling the Gunwyrm from the Team Bugulon game Gunwyrm.
550		Bullet Baby	A baby wearing a hat that resembles a Bullet kin from Enter the Gungeon. Inspired by a prominent member of the Binding of Isaac community and one of Repentance's playtesters.
551		Purple Horse Baby	A decapitated horse head resembling Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony. Inspired by a prominent member of the Binding of Isaac community and one of Repentance's playtesters.
552		Koala Baby	A decapitated koala head. Inspired by a prominent member of the Binding of Isaac community and one of Repentance's playtesters.
553		Cliff Hanger Baby	A baby with a question mark for a face that resembles a hanging Shopkeeper. Inspired by one of Repentance's playtesters.
554		Penguin Baby	A baby that is a penguin. Inspired by a prominent member of the Binding of Isaac community and one of Repentance's playtesters.
555		Kinda Loveable Baby	A baby that is loveable, but only kinda. Inspired by a prominent member of the Binding of Isaac community and one of Repentance's playtesters.
556		Cursed Room Baby	A baby that looks similar to an infamous Mausoleum room from Antibirth. Inspired by the room's creator and one of Repentance's playtesters.
557		Proto Baby	A baby resembling Prototype from OneShot.
558		Finger Baby	A baby resembling a Deployer - a block from a Minecraft mod called Create.
559		Bald Baby	A bald baby based on a Baldie from the RTS game Baldies.
560		Hex Baby	A baby that resembles a witch character.
561		Singing Baby	A baby resembling the Vocaloid singer Hatsune Miku.
562		Junk Baby	A baby that resembles Spamton from Deltarune.
563		Lucky Baby	A baby that resembles Konata Izumi from Lucky Star.
564		Finger Baby	A baby that resembles Mike Ehrmantraut from Breaking Bad. The name is a reference to the "Kid named Finger" internet meme.
565		Sucky Baby	A baby that resembles a Sucklet from itemLabel.
566		Door Mimic Baby	A baby that resembles The Door from Cave Story.
567		Kyuukyuu Baby	A baby that resembles Kyuukyuu-kun from Yume Nikki.
568		Moon Jelly Baby	A baby that resembles Moon Jelly Wizard from a Terraria mod called Spirit Mod.
569		Excelsior Baby	A baby that resembles Walker, an original character by community member RENREN. This baby is in reference to her Excelsior music mod.
570		Painful Baby	A baby that resembles Brad from LISA: The Painful.
571		Pointless Baby	A baby that resembles Alex from the LISA: The Pointless fangame.
572		Doleful Baby	A baby that resembles Rovert from the LISA: The Doleful fangame.
573		Cubic Baby	A baby that resembles a cube from FEZ.
574		Food Reviewer Baby	A baby that resembles a background character from the 2004 Spongebob Squarepants movie. This baby is a reference to community member BlorengeRhymes, who uses this character as his profile picutre.
