Seems bugged for some or all Players? Have tried it multiple times, no tinted rocks were flashing.

Removal of bug section

I found out that the bug section for Shiny Rock stating that "it doesn't do its intended effect" was removed by a user. Does that mean Shiny Rock was fixed, or no? I didn't see anything in the new version history pages saying anything about Shiny Rock being fixed to actually work again.
