From what I can tell: Allows Isaac to occasionally shoot a tear that orbits at a fixed distance (similar to rotating familiars), tears have a longer lifespan that base tears (unsure if based on range in any form) Seems to synergize with Mom's Eye to cause it to trigger more often (went from firing rarely to almost every shot after picking it up EVsaur (talk)
