I already got curse of the Maze, but it didn't do anything special. I assumed that would mean XXL floors.

About the Curse of the Maze, room layout swapping seems to be unconsistent between runs. On seed GC8V Y4ZP on hard :

  • Unrelated : this seed is almost perfect for a regular ball of bandages. Book of Revelations in Cellar 1, Sharp Plug in Basement 2 in case of a Book of Monsters later on, which I stopped seeking for it since I found another special item, Epic Fetus in a crawl space(!). But there was a double trouble Room in Womb/Utero 1 :/ It would have been my first one.
  • The layout of two rooms were half the time swapped for each other. When I did this seed again for testing, the Maze is still there, but the layouts weren't swapped anymore.

Well it took me more testing to realise that I'm wrong. Room layout swapping is consistent between runs. Benspartan (talk) 15:25, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

Organization

Could we change the table into sections? This could simplify the use of redirect pages and the reading of notes. [1]

Curse of the maze

"The wrong-room effect can now only take Isaac to undiscovered rooms," it says, as I get teleported to a long room that I had already cleared (v1.7.8 for reference) -unsigned comment

I too have also noticed that the curse of the maze is taking me to discovered rooms in Repentance. Was it ever verified that it wasn't as opposed to just being less common? Seeing that at the very least it is doing so now I will remove the mention altogether as anyone with Repentance today will be experiencing this. Dynamo.Seven (talk) 04:45, 25 July 2022 (UTC)
