I'm almost certain this trinket is not a +2 Tears Up, but a -2 Tear delay. You can clearly see ingame that a classic Tears Up (like the Sad Onion, +0.7 Tears Up) is way more effective than the Cancer early game, but less effective late game with a high Tears stat. It seems like it works just like in the original game. -- MoucheronQuipet

Yes it's Tear Delay, like in the original. I went ahead and fixed it.

Should the -2 tear delay be updated to how tears are calculated now in Repentance?

How is 'Yay Cancer!' a community reference if it was the same in Flash? If it always had the description how could it reference anything if it was the same upon release?
