• 18:3918:39, 7 April 2021 diff hist +113‎ The Virus ‎ →‎Effects: I added a part about how its not possible to get black hearts from this item anymore, I tested this between Repentance and Afterbirth+ and in afterbirth+ the enemies dropped black hearts from the same testing methods I used in Repentance which did not drop black hearts.
