Effects

Soul Hearts on the ground near Isaac.
Notes
- As the Soul Hearts are spawned on the ground, if the card is used too close to a pit or obstacle, or if there isn’t enough room around Isaac, the hearts can spawn on the other side of the pit or obstacle.
- Since the hearts need to be picked up and are not directly added to Isaac’s HP they will trigger effects such as
Soul Locket or 
Immaculate Conception.

Super Secret Room layouts can force hearts in them to be of one type. Using V - The Hierophant in these rooms can transform the soul hearts into other types of hearts, which may be an unwanted outcome.
