VI - The Lovers? is an unlockable card added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

Effects

Notes

  • Can cause Isaac to die if he no longer has health after the conversion.
  • For the purposes of tracking Heartbreak's effect on Character The Lost icon.pngThe Lost / Character Tainted Lost icon.pngTainted Lost, VI - The Lovers? doesn't add any hidden Broken Hearts to their healthbar, allowing them to use the card without penalty.

Synergies

  • Tarot Cloth: Removes 2 heart containers or 4 Soul Heart, then adds 2 broken hearts and spawns 2 items.
