Does this not work on bosses? It didn't seem to put a bleed effect on Ragman.

10% max life of whom?

When it says "Bleeding enemies take damage equal to 10% of maximum health every 5 second" what precisely does that mean? Does the enemy take 10% of the player's max life per second, and if so how does that translate in terms of damage per heart?

I'm more inclined to believe it's "Bleeding enemies take damage equal to 10% of the affected enemies health every 5 seconds". Can anyone verify one way or the other which wording is true?
