Effect

I think I know it's effect as of the patch. Occasionally when you pick up an item (Bomb/heart/coin) A key will spawn right after

Edit: The rate seems pretty high. Maybe 30%ish, I don't want to edit the main page though because I will fuck everything up --86.29.131.148 21:43, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

As far as I can tell it is increasing key spawns at the end of a room, I dont know if this is just me though --78.150.239.251 23:23, 23 December 2014 (UTC)
