Potential Trivia add-on.

Would it be a stretch to add in that this item is a reference to Dee Snider's Strangeland? I bring this up because there's a pivotal scene in which someone's mouth is sewn shut while the villian says "It doesn't hurt" leading to the actress screaming in pain, ripping her stiches in her mouth as he remarks "Well, maybe it does." However, I'm uncertain if referring to outside media is actually a worthy edit, not to mention that movie is pretty damn obscure.
