Here is the video evidence that sac rooms work with the heart. The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ - Episode 74 t=1302 Spam filter is blocking me from providing direct link, I'd rather just dump googlable text and time stamp, and do other stuff than finding an admin to allow it. Why was the Blood Rights synergy removed from the page? It's documented. It works. There's video evidence of it on a simple Google search. It's even on the Blood Rights wiki page as a synergy. SineSwiper (talk) 17:46, 1 May 2020 (UTC)

  • In fact, this synergy has been added several times by different users and removed by Sirtimmothybrentwood: [1], [2], [3], typically with the reason given of it being "obvious". The section doesn't say "Non-Obvious Synergies". It's called "Synergies". And nothing is obvious in a video game with random rules and bugs that dictate whether it actually works or not. Brimstone used to break a lot of tear synergies until later patches and DLC fixed those interactions, so it's impossible to know whether a synergy works without actually seeing the combination in action. Furthermore, Isaac's Heart is an unusual enough item that deserves special attention, since this normally terrible, terrible item will kill you unless you have the knowledge of which synergies work. For what it's worth, there is already a point about all self-damage items being free in the strategies section, and as such it becomes obvious that they do work. I'll defer to other people to decide whether they really merit extra entries in the item's listing or not. -Frionil (talk) 18:29, 1 May 2020 (UTC)
