From the trivia given it would seem the item's in Rebirth are Dog items, "this item" and "named after" suggest that the items name changed and not nec. the species. If it was meant to be a cat in rebirth, it's known certainly it's named after a cat, but the graphic is ambiguous and clarification on the wiki might be a good idea. --NicholasIv (talk) 21:53, 24 May 2015 (UTC)

Posing a question about Cricket's head.

Needs to be verified by someone, but I don't believe the Cricket's Head multiplier stacks with itself either. This can be achieved with Diplopia. For that matter, how do people feel about updating this wiki for Afterbirth items?
