"Apples in the shop"? Shouldn't that be "Hearts in the shop"?

picked up a heart in the greed mode shop. another heart didn't spawn. bug?

Arguably, it's listed on the page you can destroy shop hearts without buying. And since you're not buying, it makes sense they wouldn't be restocked. --Frionil (talk) 16:55, 7 May 2021 (UTC)
