Hey I don't know how to edit properly so I'm doing it here. 20/20 is pretty much useless on tainted keeper. It adds a single shot https://i.imgur.com/IaeNDY9.png which ultimately is a 25% damage increase, exactly balanced out by the 75% damage multiplier. Waste of 15c, unless you really need to apply tear effects. The article says it does so for regular keeper, but it works the same way for tainted.

Note: Epic Fetus and Doctor's Remote do NOT synergize with 20/20. In this seed [TCBF MJ3R] (Hard mode, played as Isaac with D6 unlocked) You will receive Epic Fetus on the 2nd floor and Doctor's Remote from the boss rush. Take the polaroid and you will find 20/20 in the bottom right chest- and 20/20 will not add a second missile to doctor's remote or epic fetus.
