Effect
- Adds a 10% chance to fire tears that bounce off of enemies and obstacles.
- The chance is not affected by luck.

- A Super Ball is a type of toy ball that is known for its extreme bounciness. Dropping it onto a hard surface will cause it to bounce nearly to the point it was dropped.
