Stye is a passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance (v1.7.5).
Effects
- Tears fired from Isaac's right eye have +28% Damage, +6.5 Range, and -0.3 Shot Speed.
Interactions
Brimstone / 
Technology 2: Has a 50% chance to gain the Damage boost from Stye each individual time they deal damage.
Stapler / 
Cain + 
Chemical Peel / 
Blood Clot: Each fired tear will have the effects of either Stye or Chemical Peel/Blood Clot.
Dr. Fetus: Each bomb fired has a 50% chance of gaining the damage boost, but not its Range/Shot Speed effects. Affected bombs and their explosions are tinted a pale blue.
- The 28% damage boost is applied to Isaac's base tear damage and does not affect any other aspect of Dr. Fetus's damage calculation.

- This item is similar to Blood Clot and Chemical Peel, which instead affect tears fired from Isaac's left eye only.
- A stye is a medical condition which involves a painful swollen lump on the eye, usually on the inside of the eyelid.
